Quality Services International is a registered training provider with the Department of Social Protection. Therefore, if you are on Jobseekers Allowance you may be entitled to part or full funding of our courses. The following are courses that applicants may be eligible for funding as per the Training Support Grant.

We provide a range of training in food safety at QSI. Click on each course for more information:
Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP This one day course is certified by the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) It is suited for anyone who wishes to work in the food sector and wants to gain an understanding of food safety and elements of HACCP. There is a short exam at the end of the day.
Level 5 Food Safety and HACCP This three day course is Level 5 QQI (formerly FETAC) It deals with all areas of Food Safety & HACCP. HACCP plans are gone into detail. This course is suited to anyone with previous experience in the food industry and / or food based qualifications. There is a written exam on day 3 and an assignment to be completed.
Level 6 Food Standards Auditing This three day course is Level 6 QQI (formerly FETAC) It deals with all areas of conduction food standards audits. This course is suited to anyone with previous experience in the food industry and food safety based qualifications. There is a written exam on day 3 and an assignment to be completed.
This 4 day course is suited to Operators, Technicians and Quality Professionals, Supervisory and Management personnel who wish to gain greater understanding in and practical workings of all aspects of a quality management system and relevant ISO standards. The aim of the Level 5 QQI Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice is for for course attendees to gain the knowledge, skill and competence to perform a range of manufacturing tasks in compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practice. Click here for more information.

- Applicants must then make contact with a Case Officer in their own local Employment Service Office
- Case Officers deal with applicants on a case by case basis. A Case Officer will best advice you on your eligibility for funding.
