Overview

ISO 9001:2015 has been achieved by more organisations globally than any other management standard. This quality management system standard is recognised and accepted in most countries and is much sought after, especially in the context of exporting goods and services and internal quality management controls.

This 1-day QMS Foundation Training Course offered by QSI has been developed to support the Attendee’s desire to understand the process-based approach to management systems using ISO 9001:2015.

This course examines these issues, identifies the key areas that Quality Management Systems must cover to ensure conformance, and assists Quality Management Systems during their development. Further, this course explores the process-based approach to management systems using the quality management process model.

This course contains two workshops designed to examine and explore the seven Quality Management Principles, and a Gap Analysis to ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

This course is highly interactive and includes discussion and practical elements throughout.

A knowledge of ISO 9001 2015, while desirable, is not required as this is covered on the course.

The course is run online over Zoom. Course material will be made available prior to commencement.
