Overview:

This course is intended for Attendees who are required to audit one or more Management Systems in their organisations. Previous experience of auditing management while desirable is not a necessity.

Course Objectives:

The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the tools and techniques of auditing as well as practical training on developing the skills required to audit management systems.  The course is highly interactive and with a focus on how to audit systems for compliance and opportunities for improvement. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice all the main aspects of preparing, performing and reporting an audit through the practical workshops.

Certificates:

Certificates of completion will be issued to all participants on successful course completion. This course is given by an IRCA Lead Auditor. International Register of Certified Auditors.  Attendees will be required to complete a short written assessment.

Duration:

2 days  (9.15 – 5pm).

Tutor:

Pat McCarthy is an IRCA Principal Auditor and conducts audits for a certification body.  He has conducted training courses in Internal Auditing across Ireland and internationally.
